ABOUT ARG

ARG is a non for profit organisation. Our goal is to provide all children and adults the opportunity to participate in gymnastics and gymnastics related activities, regardless of experience, age, ability, background and socio-economic status.

Likewise, we aim to give everyone the opportunity to perform and/or compete, not limiting it to the elite few.

ARG offers a range of fun gymnastics, ballet, fitness and dance programs for all ages and abilities. 

Our friendly and relaxed environment is perfect for participants to feel free to express themselves through movement of the body and/or apparatus.

ARG offers recreational, competitive (national and international) and performance opportunities for all ages and abilities. We participate in community performances, local sports festivals, concerts, other performances and competitions (club, national and international level). 
We offer professional training in a friendly environment.
