At Australian Rhythmic Gymnastics (ARG), we believe training is about more than sport, it’s about building confidence, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime. Our not-for-profit organization is dedicated to providing opportunities for children and adults of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to participate, perform, and achieve.
Our Story
ARG began humbly in Toongabbie over 10 years ago, with just one gymnast and a big dream. Since then, we’ve grown into a vibrant community and now train in state-of-the-art, world-class facilities, including a Matufa floor purchased from the Commonwealth Games. What started as a small club has become a place where athletes and performers can shine on local, national, and international stages.
What We Offer
We’re proud to deliver a wide range of unique programs in gymnastics, movement, and performing arts. From littlies taking their first steps in movement, to adults pursuing fitness and wellbeing, to competitive athletes preparing for the international stage, there is a place for everyone at ARG.

Our Community & Events
At the heart of ARG is our strong community spirit. We are deeply involved in charity events and community performances, giving our athletes experiences that go beyond the gym and stage.
We are also proud organisers of the Marival Cup, the only international gymnastics competition of its kind in Australia. This world-class event gives young athletes the unique opportunity to experience international competition right here at home.
