DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL LESSON?

ARG offers a trial/assessment lesson to determine which classes are more suitable for the participant.
No assessment lesson is needed for Adults & GymPlay classes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/WEAR FOR THE TRIAL/ASSESSMENT LESSON?

Gymnasts need to wear appropriate clothing for gymnastics related activities (eg. tights and a tshirt), clean pair of socks and a bottle of water.

DOES EVERY GYMNAST HAVE TO COMPETE?

Competitive gymnastics is optional. Participants are welcome to attend recreational classes and progress without competitions.

WHAT DO I WEAR TO TRAINING?

Gymnasts that are enrolled with ARG need to wear the ARG Club uniform. All uniform can be purchased from the ARG uniform/merchandise shop at our Rooty Hill location.
Adults class participants must wear comfortable clothing for gymnastics related activities.
