Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) is a unique team-based sport that combines dance, gymnastics, and expressive movement. With a strong focus on teamwork, synchronisation, and artistry, AGG encourages athletes to move as one while showcasing elegance, strength, and emotion. At ARG, we’re proud to be one of the few clubs in Australia offering this exciting discipline, giving athletes the chance to be part of something truly special.
Competitive Pathway
Our AGG athletes train to compete at local, national, and international events — with opportunities to proudly represent Australia on the world stage. Our National Team, Team Mimosa, has already showcased their talent in competitions hosted by New Zealand, Japan, and Hong Kong, and is now preparing for the upcoming World Championships. Through this pathway, athletes develop teamwork, trust, and the ability to deliver breathtaking performances that blend individual skill with collective artistry.
Recreational Classes
For those new to the sport, our recreational AGG classes focus on teamwork, expression, and the joy of moving together. These classes are a great way to build confidence, creativity, and friendships in a fun, supportive environment.
Performance Opportunities
