How do I book a trial class?
Simply head to our Contact Us page and fill out the trial booking form. Don’t forget to include your preferred class and location, and we’ll be in touch to confirm.

What ages do you accept?
We welcome littlies from 3 years old right through to adults. Our programs are designed to suit every age, ability, and experience level.

Do I need experience to join?
Not at all! Whether you’re brand new or an experienced performer, we have classes for every level.

Classes & Programs
What programs do you offer?
We offer a wide range of programs including Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG), Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG), Ballet, Littlies, Cheerleading, Gymplay, Adults classes, Performing Arts (singing & music theory), and even Japanese-style Men’s Rhythmic Gymnastics.
What should my child wear to class?
For trials, comfortable activewear is perfect. Once enrolled, we’ll provide uniform guidelines specific to each program.
Do all classes compete?
No. We offer recreational, performance, and competitive streams. Competitions are optional, kids can enjoy performing at festivals, concerts, or shows without the pressure of competition.
Locations & Timetable
Where are classes held?
Most of our programs run at Rooty Hill Leisure Centre, 100 John Street, Rooty Hill. We also run select Gymplay sessions at Toongabbie, Metella Road Public School.
Is parking available?
Yes, both venues have convenient parking for families. Our main venue (Rooty Hill) location has on-site parking, our Toongabbie location has plenty of street parking available.
Fees & Membership
How much do classes cost?
Fees depend on the program and how many hours you train each week, the more hours, the lower the hourly rate. The easiest way to get the full fee schedule is to book a trial, and we’ll tailor the information to your chosen program
Do you offer family discounts?
Yes! We believe in making our programs accessible and offer sibling and family discounts.
When do I pay fees?
Fees are generally billed per term, with payment options available.
Competitions & Performances
What performance opportunities are there?
Our athletes perform in community festivals, concerts, gala shows, and charity events, plus competitions at club, state, national, and international level.
What is Marival Cup?
Marival Cup is Australia’s only international Rhythmic & Aesthetic Group Gymnastics competition, proudly hosted by ARG in conjunction with the Australian Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Federation. It gives athletes the chance to compete on a world-class stage right here at home.
Does my child have to compete?
No, competitions are optional. Many athletes choose recreational or performance-only pathways.
Safety & Coaching
Are your coaches qualified?
Yes. All ARG coaches are accredited, trained, and passionate about supporting athletes in a safe, positive environment.
How do you ensure safety?
We have a strict commitment to child safety. With child safety our highest priority, we follow NSW Child Safe Standards and ensure staff hold Working With Children Checks as well as relevant and appropriate training and accreditation.
Do you cater for children with additional needs?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience supporting children with additional needs, and we welcome athletes of all abilities. Our Head Coach, Marival, is certified in both the Special Olympics Online Course and SIA: Introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorder, ensuring we can adapt programs to suit each individual and create an inclusive, supportive environment.

Can adults join classes too?
Yes! We offer adult programs focused on fitness, flexibility, and wellbeing - no experience needed. And for those who want to take it further, there are also opportunities to perform and compete.
